Leading strategic banking transformation initiatives, the full-time Business Process Consultant will drive process optimization and ensure successful program delivery in a hybrid work model while serving as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, facilitating governance forums to ensure alignment and successful program outcomes Lead business process assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and develop recommendations that drive operational efficiency and business transformation Coordinate cross-functional teams to support program execution and monitor performance, risks, and mitigation plans for successful delivery Required qualifications Proven experience in business consulting, process transformation, or program management within financial services Strong knowledge of banking operations and transformation initiatives Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and executive stakeholder communications Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements across complex initiatives Strong program and project management experience, including governance and delivery oversight
