In this role, you will be a part of a larger team compromised of additional project managers and technical SME's and work in collaboration with other existing staff to help plan, lead and and develop the training of mission-critical topics for our customer. Basic Qualifications: Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training courses for adult learners on highly technical and non-technical subjects. A Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Education, or a related field - additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a college degree. Experience in creating micro-learning multimedia elements and deploying them into Web Based Training (WBT) models, such as videos, animations, and simulations. Demonstrated experience designing instructional materials with a user-based approach, with a focus on User Experience (UX), and User Interfaces (UI). Demonstrated experience deploying finalized training modules with an eye towards: consistent navigation and layout, consistent visual design and branding, as well as accessibility compliance. Proficiency in the use of front-end development tools such as XML and Java. Experience teaching subject matters that are pertinent to our customer's specific domains.
